Portal User Permissions

Portal Permissions apply to "Regular Users" of the portal while Customer Admins have full access to all portal functions listed below. Below is a guide for each available permission.

Any of the following permissions can be added to a Regular User to grant them elevated access to functions such as downloading billing information and granting data center access without giving them full control of the account.

  • Access Authorization Admin: User can grant access to your data center spaces.
  • Access Authorization Temp Admin: User can grant temporary access to your data center spaces.
  • Billing Administrator: User can view invoices, payments, and adjustments.
  • Order Administrator: User can create new orders.
  • Ticket Administrator: User can create and manage support and Remote Hands tickets for others in your account. All Regular Users can view and submit their own tickets.
  • Digital Exchange Provisioner: User can configure existing Digital Exchange products and services.
  • Marketplace Admin: User can create and edit organization storefront in Marketplace.

Only Customer Admins may create Contacts with Portal Access and modify the portal access for existing users.
